The steady increase in demand for quality consistent accessories and the inability to meet it by existing manufacturers in Bangladesh for on time delivery has been in the forefront for conceptualizing and conceiving for the berth of FIZ. Keeping these factors in mind, the investors of FIZ, with a solid technical assistance, cooperation and collaboration from foreign partners, have heavily invested to set up a modern, automized and high tech manufacturing facility for all types of accessories. The first phase of products i.e. all types of metal buttons, both brass and alloy based, as also Metal Zipper, which is sharpness-free, elegant, smooth and capable to withstand stringent washing requirements and strength that can meet, if not comfortably exceed, European and U.S. based standards and specs, are already in bulk production, as per the specific requirements and orders of volume exporters of Bangladesh.
The capability already established by FIZ for developing tailor made mould to meet demanding requirements of designers in general and merchandising fraternity in particular, at minimal lead time, are the core strengths that cannot be ignored while deciding to source accessories from local manufacture or opt for imports. FIZ’s such developments and productions are managed and supervised by highly experienced technicians from China/Taiwan.
Large plating facility, with individual chambers for different colour, finish and feel are unique. These too are supervised and managed by Chinese Technicians, who could ensure output that will match 100% to the requirements or specimens of the customers.
