The metal teeth characteristic is totally sharpness-free, Y-Type, most suitable to denim/bottoms applications wherein heavy washing requirements are warranted. Individual automized plating chambers are used for coating process so as to achieve most shiny finishes such as Shiny Silver, Shiny Copper, Rose Gold, Antique Pewter, etc. These finishes can withstand any heavy washes at much higher temperature, without losing its performance characteristics.
